About Marmotte Mountain Les Tines
Marmotte Mountain Chalet Les Tines is the one of the oldest chalet still in existence in the Chamonix Valley (not including barn conversions) dating back to 1920. This beautiful chalet has recently been fully renovated to a very high end finish with modern touches, not forgetting it’s heritage. Therefore the chalet has still an abundance of character for you to discover.
Consisting of a spacious 250 sq m’s of living area on a large private block of land of 1030 sq m’s. Ideally located in between Chamonix and Argentiere, this chalet enjoys south facing exposure, Chalet les Tines offers incredible views of le Dru and the Mont Blanc mountain range.
Chalet Les Tines’ open plan living room is wrapped around a beautiful log fireplace which promises a cosy atmosphere and added warmth during those cold winter days. Consisting of 5 bedrooms (3 ensuite) the chalet can sleep up to 10-12 guests.

Marmotte Mountain Chalet Les Tines is ideally located in the hamlet of Les Tines. At less than 5 minutes drive to the Flégère ski lift, and less than 10 minutes to the heart of Chamonix.
Adjacent to Les tines are cross-country ski tracks and well maintained walking snow paths.
There is also a complimentary public transportation available within the valley and the nearest bus and train stop are only a few minutes’ walk away.
Marmotte Mountain Les Tines enjoys spectacular southern exposure, ensuring lots of sunshine and fantastic panoramic views of infamous Mont Blanc mountain range and Le Dru.
